This wonderful salad! It is moderately light, but also satisfying. It's easy to cook, but not trivial. All products are easy to buy at the supermarket and take only 15 minutes to prepare.

  1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil, season with salt, peas and cook for 1–2 minutes. Drain and dry the peas.
  2. Finely chop the feta. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the radish into thin slices. Coarsely pick the lettuce. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut the flesh into medium cubes. Remove the stems from the mint, coarsely chop the leaves.
  3. Remove the skin from the chicken breast, cut the meat into medium cubes.
  4. For dressing, finely chop chives and mix with mayonnaise.
  5. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl, pour over the dressing and stir well. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
