  1. Soak kebab skewers in water. Leave them there for 30 minutes. Cut the chicken fillet into ribbons.
  2. To make the marinade, combine vegetable oil, sugar, coriander and soy sauce. Squeeze out the garlic, add it to the marinade. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the strips of chicken accordion on skewers and dip in the marinade. To marinate the meat well, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the skewers into the mold. Bake for 10 minutes on one side, then turn the skewer over and bake for another 10 minutes on the other.
