Warm up in severe frosts with a bowl of hot soup, which will be a balm for your stomach. Like all homemade soups, this recipe will help bring the whole family around the table, even those on a diet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Pour the broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil. You can use any broth on hand - meat, chicken, mushroom, vegetable, or mixed. Depending on whether you have a vegetarian or a heavier meal.
  2. Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into small cubes and rinse again in water to remove excess starch.
  3. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into fairly large strips. Chop the onion quite finely. Put the whole mass in a skillet with a mixture of vegetable and butter, sauté over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. Pour potatoes into the boiling broth, let it boil until half cooked. Then add grilled carrots and onions, chopped Chinese cabbage, peas, salt, spices and herbs to taste. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. A wonderful healthy soup is ready. Pour it into plates, garnish with an olive, a lemon wedge, and a sprig of herbs, and immediately invite your family to the table!
