A recipe for chocolate coconut fudge made from 100% dark chocolate, coconut oil and two flavor additives: stevia and vanilla. The active cooking time takes only 10 minutes, and the rest of the time will take for the fudge to set. It will take at least 1 hour to cool.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt 100% dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave at 30 second intervals. When using the microwave, be careful not to burn the chocolate.
  2. If the coconut oil is hard, melt it. It should be soft enough to mix easily.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold (a muffin or bread mold is suitable). If you don't have a silicone mold, use a regular metal or enamel pot (line it up with parchment paper first to get the fondant out easier).
  5. Place the fondant in the freezer for 1 hour or in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to firm. Cut into 12 servings and transfer to a container with a lid.
