Chocolate and peanuts are made for each other. Perfect harmony of taste and texture!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate with butter or coconut oil in the microwave or water bath. To make a water bath, place a glass bowl in a pot of boiling water so that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Under the influence of the heat from the water vapor, the chocolate will begin to melt. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly for a couple of minutes before moving on to the next step.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients except the nuts to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Grease a small baking dish well and line with parchment paper. Pour the dough into the mold.
  4. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate to cool completely.
  5. Cut the resulting cake into small portioned squares (no more than 3x3 cm). Store finished cakes in the refrigerator or freezer.
