Ingredients

Directions

  1. Using a sieve, sift the flour directly into a deep bowl. This must be done so that the flour is saturated with oxygen from the air, and the dough itself turned out airy and tender.
  2. In a Turk or a small saucepan pour clean water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Put the container on medium heat and bring to a boil. Immediately after that, turn off the heat and proceed to the process of making custard.
  3. In a bowl with flour, pour boiling water, holding the pan with kitchen tongs. Immediately mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon to form a homogeneous mass. As soon as the mixture cools down a bit, knead the dough with clean hands
  4. Form a ball of dough and set aside to cool.
  5. Put frozen spinach in a medium bowl. Set the container aside for a while so that the component can reach room temperature.
  6. Put a small grater on the cutting board and grind the cheese with it. After that, pour the prepared component into a free small bowl.
  7. In a bowl with grated cheese, break the egg and pour the mustard and sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon to form a homogeneous mass.
  8. After that, transfer the mixture with a tablespoon into a container with spinach and mix well again until smooth. Everything, the filling is ready!
  9. Pork or chicken is thoroughly washed under running water and laid out on a cutting board. Using a knife, clean the meat from fat, film and veins. After that, cut the component into small pieces and transfer to a plate.
  10. So, in turn, put each piece of pork in a plastic bag and beat with a kitchen hammer. This should be done so that the juice is not sprayed all over the kitchen. Important: carefully beat the meat, almost to transparency. Sprinkle the prepared component with a little salt and ground black pepper and set aside for a while.
  11. Spread the cooled custard on the kitchen table, sprinkled with a little flour. Cut with a knife into 8 parts. Roll each piece into a ball with your hands. Now, using a rolling pin, thinly roll out the dough into a circle.
  12. Spread the chop on the layer, grease the top of the meat with the filling and cover with a second layer of dough.
  13. In a frying pan pour a small amount of vegetable oil and put on medium heat. After a few minutes, carefully place the chops in a container and fry until golden brown on both sides. Once the dish is ready, transfer it with a tablespoon to kitchen paper towels and set aside for a while. This must be done so that the paper absorbs excess fat. The finished chops are transferred to a special flat plate.
  14. Chops in custard are served at the dinner table when they are still hot. You don't even need words, because the dish is very tasty. In appearance, it resembles a cheburek, with the only difference that the chop is low-fat and not so harmful, because inside it is real meat with a nutritious filling. Households can be treated to this delicacy with tea or coffee.
  15. Bon appetit!
