Algae are rich in iodine and are therefore recommended for a healthy diet. One of their types is the familiar sea kale, but not only can you get it in the store. There is another ingredient as well.

  1. Squeeze the algae from the liquid, if they were canned, or defrost.
  2. Wash and peel the pepper from the inside, cut into strips. Add the pepper to the seaweed.
  3. Also chop the cucumber into strips.
  4. You can use a Korean carrot grater.
  5. Add sesame seeds to the salad.
  6. Season the salad with sesame or peanut sauce and stir.
  7. Soy sauce can also be used. Bon Appetit!
