  3. Lettuce leaves need to be washed and picked by hand. Place them on a dish.
  4. Grate hard cheese.
  5. Prepare the sauce for the Caesar salad. If there is no time, the sauce can be bought ready-made in the supermarket. I make a sour cream sauce by adding a spice mixture to the Caesar sauce.
  6. In the oven, brown the croutons. Put the cooled croutons on the lettuce leaves. Do not lay out hot croutons, because they will ruin the look of the salad.
  7. Fry the chicken fillet in vegetable oil, salt and pepper it. Put the cooled fillet on the lettuce leaves. Pour Caesar sauce over the salad. It is not at all necessary for the sauce to hit every piece of salad. Distribute it as you see fit.
