Cod liver salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, cheese. Hearty, tasty, guests will be happy :)

Directions
Pour the eggs in a saucepan with cold water, add a little salt, put on fire, bring to a boil. Boil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain the boiling water, pour cold water over the eggs.
Peel the eggs, finely chop.
Wash the greens, finely chop.
Wash lettuce leaves, cut into strips.
Wash the cucumber, cut into semicircles.
Wash the tomato, cut into slices.
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Open a jar of canned cod liver. Drain the oil into a glass (useful for salad dressing). Lightly mash the liver with a fork.
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl and season with salt to taste. Dress the salad with the remaining cod liver oil (or vegetable oil). Mix.
