Cold blueberry soup is an unusual solution for processing a unique berry that has the ability to restore many functions and powerfully counteract aging of the body!

  1. To prepare the soup, prepare all the necessary ingredients: blueberries, sugar, cinnamon and heavy cream (33%)
  2. Rinse the blueberries thoroughly, dry them and put them in a saucepan, pouring boiling water over them. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Then add sugar (about 20-30 g) and cinnamon and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  3. Then cool the blueberries to room temperature and grind the berries with a blender until a homogeneous liquid mass.
  4. Then add cream to the berries. It is very important that the berries are at room temperature, otherwise the cream may curdle, which is not good!
  5. Put the soup again for a short time on low heat, stir, but never boil. Then remove from heat, cool and serve.
