Cold soup with cucumber

Cold cucumber soup is a great lunch on a hot summer day. The recipe for cold cucumber soup is based on natural yogurt and vegetable broth. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients

  1. Peel the cucumbers and cut into cubes.
  2. Place the chopped cucumber in a convenient deep bowl, add coarsely chopped garlic and yogurt to it.
  3. Pour in cold (!) Broth.
  4. If you do not have ready-made vegetable broth, then dilute 1/2 cube in 200 ml of warm water and cool it.
  5. Using a blender, grind everything until smooth.
  6. Chop the dill finely.
  7. Add the dill to the soup.
  8. Add salt and pepper to the soup and send it to the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  9. Then we serve cold soup with cucumber to the table. Bon Appetit!
