Here is a very wonderful bean salad that is easy to make and a good source of protein. I recommend eating this salad in the evening for dinner.

Ingredients

  1. Wash green peas / beans, cut into small pieces. Then boil for 3-4 minutes in boiling water, then scald with cold water, dry.
  2. Boil white and red beans separately in salted water. You can buy ready-made beans in small cans at the supermarket.
  3. Wash tomatoes, finely chop. Onion cut into thin rings. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  4. Mix everything.
  5. Making bean salad dressing. Mix well salt, pepper and sugar with vinegar. Add vegetable oil and beat with a whisk. Then add yogurt. Once again, pepper to taste, salt and season the salad with beans.
