A flavorful, healthy and low-calorie casserole without flour or sugar - a great meal for the whole family, provided you enjoy banana baked goods. Delicious with sour berries. It's easy to prepare!

  1. Peel bananas, grind them in a blender. Then add all the other ingredients to them and interrupt-mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Cover a baking dish with a diameter of 20-24 cm with parchment, spread and pour the curd mixture into it.
  3. And we bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes until a beautiful golden brown crust. Let it cool, and then cut and serve.
  4. It will be very tasty if you serve a piece of casserole with natural berry puree or just with berries.
