The incredible aroma of such a delicious casserole from the very morning will cheer you up and make the whole day positive and sunny. And preparing this dessert is very simple, you will even be surprised how much.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For such a casserole (as well as for others), I usually buy ready-made grated cottage cheese. If you have not found this, then buy a regular one and thoroughly grind it through a fine sieve until smooth.
  2. Peel the melon and cut it into small cubes.
  3. Next, break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk, add sugar, salt and baking powder to them, mix everything again. Put cottage cheese into the resulting mass and mix all the ingredients again, add semolina and nuts. Melt the butter and pour 1/3 of it into the curd mass, mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Now take one large baking dish or several small ones, brush them inside with the rest of the butter. Put the curd mass in the molds, flatten it, and spread the chopped melon on top.
  5. Next, we just have to put the forms in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook the casserole for 30-40 minutes. After the time has passed, when an amazing aroma will spread throughout the apartment, we remove the forms from the oven and serve our casserole to the table. Bon appetit, everyone!
