  4. Add the garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. Now add the diced tomato and pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix and remove from heat. Cool the potatoes slightly. Line a baking sheet with foil, crush each potato by pressing it against the baking sheet with your palm.
  6. Put the filling on top, sprinkle with vegetable oil. We bake for 15 minutes, temperature 220 degrees.
