Hearty crab salad with mayonnaise and cheese balls. Crab salad is a traditional dish for a feast, especially for the New Year's table. Try this version of crab salad without corn and rice, but with cheese balls.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cool by pouring cold water.
  2. Grate crab sticks on a fine grater (one stick can be left for decoration).
  3. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Grate the eggs.
  5. Put cheese, eggs and half of the crab sticks in a salad bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and a clove of garlic squeezed through a garlic press. Mix into a homogeneous mass. From the resulting mass, form balls the size of a table tennis ball. Roll in the remaining crab shavings.
  6. Put the finished balls on a plate, if desired, decorate with chopped crab stick and herbs.
