Crab salad "Amazing" with cheese

Crab salad is a classic for all times, a New Year's table or a birthday is not complete without it. Crab stick salad with corn is easy to prepare, hearty and, of course, delicious. A special combination is hard cheese, which brings the classic crab salad to life in this recipe, forcing all tastes to play in a new way. I advise you to cook!

Ingredients

• Crab sticks - 200 g
• Eggs - 4 pcs.
• Rice (raw) - 0.5 cup
• Canned corn - 1 can
• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Onion (optional) - 0.5 pcs.
• Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.
• Greens (or fresh cucumber) - to taste
• Salt - to taste
• Ground black pepper - to taste

Directions

1. Boil eggs and rice in advance, cool.
2. We cut crab sticks and cheese into cubes, chop the onion (if you don’t like it, exclude it).
3. We rub the boiled eggs on a coarse grater. We combine eggs, rice, corn, crab sticks, cheese. Add greens to the crab salad (you can fresh cucumber). Salt, pepper and mix everything with mayonnaise.
4. Salad of crab sticks with cheese is ready. Bon appetit!
