Crab salad with vegetables

An unusual combination of carrots, daikon, eggs and crab sticks results in an interesting crispy salad.

  1. Carrots clean, wash and grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Peel the daikon, wash it and also grate it on a coarse grater.
  3. Hard-boil eggs (10 minutes), peel and grate on a coarse grater.
  4. Crab sticks grate or finely chop.
  5. Combine all ingredients. Add mayonnaise and ground black pepper. Salt does not need to be added. Mix crab salad with vegetables thoroughly.
  6. Leave the crab salad with vegetables in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Bon appetit!
