  1. Wash the tomatoes, pour over with boiling water and peel them off. Cut into 4 parts, remove seeds, cut the pulp into strips. Peel and grate beets. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and stalk, cut the pulp into strips.
