Peel an onion and cut it into large cubes. Peel a carrot and cut it into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the meat into 3x3 cm pieces. Fry the meat in brown on 3 spoons of oil until brown, 5 minutes.

While the roast is cooking, boil the rice in 3-4 glasses of water with the addition of 1 tsp. salt. Cook over low heat until cooked through (about 15 minutes). Rinse the rice under cold water. Transfer rice to a pan with meat and vegetables, stir, heat for 2 minutes. Pilaf with pork is ready.
