Cucumber and salmon salad

Cucumber slices, smoked salmon slices, diced avocado and some tuna, seasoned with herbs and mayonnaise.

  1. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
  2. Cut smoked salmon into small pieces.
  3. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes, which should be juiced with ½ lemon at once.
  4. Break the tuna into flakes
  5. Put all ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise and herbs, then mix thoroughly.
  6. Refrigerate under plastic wrap before serving.
