To prepare the cutlets, take minced pork, onion, half a dried loaf, 2 eggs, salt and pepper.
Peel 2 medium onions and twist in a meat grinder.

Pour milk into a dry loaf and leave for a few minutes.
Combine minced meat, onion, 2 eggs, loaf pulp, ground black pepper and salt.
Mix the minced meat well until smooth.
In a frying pan, heat 3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil, form cutlets and fry.
Fry the cutlets on both sides.
Then put the cutlets in a clean pan (you can in 2 layers), add half a glass of water and simmer under the lid for 20-25 minutes, making sure that they do not burn.
Serve meatballs with vegetables or other garnish.
