Do you want to serve appetizers in an original way, even if they are ordinary vegetables? Then I suggest you make an original vegetable train with bell peppers filled with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and wash the carrots, rinse the bell peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers under running water.
  2. Peel the bell peppers, but not in the way you used to do it. Place the peppercorns on your work surface and cut out a rectangle. Remove seeds and membranes and then rinse. The trailers are almost ready, it remains to make the wheels. Cucumber and carrots will help us in this matter. Cut both of these vegetables into 3 mm thick slices. Using toothpicks or bamboo skewers, attach the cucumber and tomato wheels as shown in the photo. Here are our trailers and ready.
  3. Fill the bell pepper trailers with cherry tomatoes, carrot and cucumber strips.
  4. I recommend serving this appetizer on a wooden board, garnished with herbs.
