  1. We clean the daikon.
  2. We rub the daikon like Korean carrots.
  3. Put the grated daikon in a salad bowl, season with salt, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and leave for half an hour.
  4. A liquid will stand out from the daikon, it will need to be drained. Put the daikon freed from excess liquid on a portioned plate, sprinkle with cilantro and chopped nuts. Done!
