  1. Cut the zucchini into thin strips.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices.
  3. Cut the bacon into cubes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry over medium heat, stirring vegetables and bacon for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Beat eggs with sour cream.
  6. Grate the cheese.
  7. Add cheese, salt and pepper to the eggs.
  8. Pour the egg mixture over the fried vegetables. Cover, reduce heat to low and fry the omelet in sour cream for 7-10 minutes.
  9. An omelet with sour cream and vegetables is ready. Bon Appetit!
