Can a dish be simple, dietary, and tasty at the same time? Yes maybe! If, of course, cottage cheese comes into play. It goes hand in hand with healthy eating and provides a lot of variability.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour semolina with warm milk. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks until light foam with sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the curd with a fork.
  4. Then add vanillin, soda and yolks to the curd. Mix the mass.
  5. After that, add the swollen semolina to the curd mass.
  6. Soak dried fruits for 15 minutes.
  7. Then chop them up and mix with the berries.
  8. Beat whites separately until foamy.
  9. Now mix the curd mass with proteins, berries and dried fruits.
  10. Pour the curd dough into a baking dish.
  11. Cook the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy your tea!
