Want to try something new as a light dinner? I'll show you how to make a delicious low calorie shrimp salad. It's a simple recipe, but the salad is really amazing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the salad well. Remove tough stems and dry the leaves well. Spread some of the salad in a circle on a plate to form a serving base.
  2. Cut all vegetables into small pieces. I usually cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and the cucumber into small strips. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands. Stir the vegetables and add a little lemon juice to them.
  3. Now it's time to tackle the shrimp. Heat a skillet with olive oil and add the shrimp. Fry them for three minutes. Then place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  4. Place the rest of the vegetables on top of the lettuce leaves. Place the shrimps on top of the vegetables. Prepare the fill by mixing soy sauce and olive oil. Sprinkle the potting over the salad - and it's done.
