Delicious Shrimp Salad

The salad turned out festive, very satisfying and tasty.

Ingredients

  1. Bring water to a boil, add salt, a bouquet of spices for shrimp, boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour in the vinegar (I used my favorite green tomato marinade).
  3. Add frozen shrimp, bring to a boil and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  4. The composition of spices includes: dill seed, allspice, onion, bay leaf, garlic and cumin.
  5. Drain the water from the shrimp, remove the tails, put in a salad bowl, pepper.
  6. Heat a small frying pan with a thick bottom, remove from heat.
  7. Pour in olive oil, peeled and crushed garlic cloves and a sprig of rosemary.
  8. Stir to flavor the oil (do not put on fire!)
  9. Strain the hot oil through a strainer into the shrimp, mix. Leave to cool.
  10. Mix eggs with salt until smooth.
  11. Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the eggs and stir the egg with a spatula until cooked through over medium heat.
  12. Put on a plate to cool.
  13. I chose this cooking method because I decided to add eggs at the last moment, and just speeded up the process of cooking them.
  14. You can simply boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes after boiling and cut into large cubes.
  15. Cut the washed peppers into medium-sized strips, sliced ​​​​tomatoes.
  16. Place on a plate with cooled shrimp.
  17. Add cooled eggs.
  18. Mix sour cream with mustard and salt, add to a salad bowl, mix.
  19. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill leaves.
  20. Serve immediately.
