  2. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves well. Pick up the salad with your hands in large pieces and place on a plate. Peel the cucumber and cut into wedges. And red onions - in half rings or quarter rings.
  3. Place the cucumber and onion on top of the lettuce. Choose tomatoes that are soft and juicy. Wash them well, dry and cut into large slices. Pour the juice released during cutting into the salad, and lay the slices themselves on top of the cucumber and onion.
  4. Sprinkle everything with dry oregano, pepper and salt to taste. The last step is to add the squid rings and olives to the salad. The olives can be placed whole or cut into rings or in half. Stir lightly before serving and add a few drops of olive oil to it.
