Bananas, kefir, eggs and rice flour are very easy to make a delicious and dietary banana cake. Take note of my recipe!

Ingredients

  1. Ripe bananas, peel and mash.
  2. Pour in low-fat kefir.
  3. Beat in chicken eggs and pour in honey.
  4. Add oatmeal.
  5. Add chopped nuts.
  6. Add a couple tablespoons of rice flour, baking powder and some vanilla sugar.
  7. Put the dough in a mold and send it to bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
  8. After 30-35 minutes, the cake is ready. Chill out.
  9. Bon Appetit!
