Diet broccoli casserole

Oh, this broccoli! So healthy and delicious. It also goes well with many foods in different dishes. I especially like it in casseroles with cheese and sauce.

  1. Wash the broccoli, disassemble into inflorescences and boil in boiled salted water (8 minutes). In a bowl, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  2. In another bowl, combine sour cream with eggs. Pour in nutmeg, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Put the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put broccoli in it, fill it with the previously prepared mixture. Place the slices of cream cheese on top.
  4. Cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes, serve hot or still warm.
