I want to tell you how to cook a dietary and incredibly tasty carrot roll. This is a terrific snack option for kids and adults alike and will complement your daily menu wonderfully. I advise!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Carrots need to be washed and peeled. Grate it and place in a deep bowl.
  2. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. Add the yolks directly to the carrots. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Whisk the whites separately with a pinch of salt and then put them in a bowl.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, on which lay the carrot mass in an even layer. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. As a filling, I suggest using delicate low-fat cottage cheese and fresh herbs. Send everything to a blender bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat until smooth. Garlic can be added to taste.
  7. Cool the finished cake properly, and then put it on the desktop.
  8. Lubricate it all over with curd cream.
  9. Gently form a roll by tightly wrapping the filled crust. Wrap it with cling film and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours (but you can also overnight).
