Do you count every calorie and love healthy and delicious meals? Then, as a variety of my menu, I suggest you a very simple way of how to cook dietary chicken breasts in the oven.

  1. The two main ingredients we need are chicken breast and bell peppers.
  2. Carefully cut the fillets after washing and drying.
  3. Cut gently, place between sheets of cling film and beat off a little.
  4. No salt is used in this recipe. But to spice up the chicken, I suggest adding a little cheese. Choose the lowest calorie one. Grate it on a medium grater.
  5. Place on the breast. You can also add spices to taste if desired.
  6. Top with pepper, cut into thin strips.
  7. And gently wrap in a tight roll.
  8. Wrap in foil.
  9. Send to a preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
  10. Cool slightly and then gently remove the foil.
  11. Cut into portions with a sharp knife and serve. Bon Appetit!
