  1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Fold in a blender and mix into minced meat.
  2. Remove the minced meat from the blender and transfer to a bowl.
  3. Peel the onions. Place in a blender and beat finely. I deliberately do not interrupt the onion together with the minced meat, because it turns out that the minced meat has become porridge, and the onions remain in large pieces. Add salt and spices to the minced meat.
  4. Soak bread in kefir. Place everything in a blender and whisk. Add the resulting mass to the minced meat and mix it well. Do not put a fresh loaf in the minced meat. Better to take stale or yesterday. Cutlets from fresh bread are obtained with bitterness.
  5. Take a serving of minced meat for 1 cutlet with a tablespoon. Transfer it to a bowl of flour and roll.
  6. Fry the formed cutlets on both sides. Turning over to the other side, let the cutlet brown, then pour in 1 tbsp. spoon of water into the pan and cover. The cutlet will be steamed immediately.
  7. So fry all the cutlets until tender. Then put them on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and let the cutlets sit in the oven for 10 minutes. They will taste better.
  8. We serve to the table.
