Homemade pate ... well, what could be tastier and more pleasant? It is prepared on the basis of chicken liver, vegetables, cream and apple jam. The pate can be spread on bread or simply eaten with a spoon.

  1. Chop onions and carrots and fry in a pan. Fill the bread with cream. We clean the liver of films and rinse thoroughly. Grind everything together with a blender. Add eggs and jam to the resulting mass.
  2. Beat everything until smooth, adding nutmeg, salt and pepper. Grease the baking dish with butter, pour in the liver mass and cover with foil.
  3. We put the prepared form on a baking sheet with high sides. We bake in the oven for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 180 degrees. Melt the butter over low heat, and then pour over the finished pate. Cool everything and store in the refrigerator.
