Simple and delicious cake. Prepared on the basis of cottage cheese and containing a minimum of calories, it will perfectly fit into the diet. We will cook in a slow cooker.

  1. Mash flour with butter, add baking powder.
  2. Separately grind one egg with 100 gr. Sahara.
  3. Combine the flour and egg mixture and knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for a while while we do the stuffing.
  4. For the filling, combine the cottage cheese, the rest of the sugar, vanilla, eggs and sour cream. Beat well with a mixer.
  5. Spread the dough over the bottom of the multicooker bowl, making a basket with sides 5-6 cm. Pour the filling into it. Set the bake mode and cook for 1 hour, then leave the cake in the multicooker on the warming mode for another 40 minutes. Cool the finished cake, remove from the multicooker and serve.
