Eat fish at least twice a week. Today we have a dietary hake dish baked with vegetables and sour cream in the oven. Simple, tasty and very healthy!

  1. Peel the hake, gut, remove the black film in the abdomen. Wash well inside and out.
  2. Cut the fish into portions. Peel the onions, wash and chop finely.
  3. Place in a skillet. Peel the carrots, wash and grate. Add carrots to onions.
  4. Pour sunflower oil into a skillet and simmer vegetables over low heat for 7-8 minutes. Then add the chopped champignons.
  5. Simmer carrots with onions and mushrooms for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Place the mushroom vegetables in a baking dish.
  7. Place the hake on top of the vegetables. Salt the fish. Pour some water or broth into the mold.
  8. Brush the hake with sour cream. Cover the tin of fish and vegetables with foil.
  9. Bake the hake under foil for 10 minutes at 175 degrees. After that, remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until tender.
  10. Put the dietary fish on a plate and serve warm.
