I suggest making ice cream with just two ingredients: very ripe bananas and natural Greek yogurt. There is no sugar, dyes or other chemicals in the recipe, ideal for toddlers.

  1. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, preferably in a bag so they don't wind up.
  2. Place the frozen bananas and yogurt in a blender bowl.
  3. Grind until tender and smooth. Now the consistency of the ice cream is soft, you can already eat it, it's ready! If you love ice cream balls, then keep following the recipe!
  4. Transfer the mass to a mold, flatten with a spoon and put in the freezer for a couple of hours. Stir once during this time.
  5. Ice cream is ready! Roll into balls with a spoon and serve in bowls. Bon Appetit!
