Diet meatballs at home - there is nothing easier and faster in cooking, and thanks to their usefulness, they are suitable even for the smallest! And in the oven, such meatballs will turn out to be very fragrant! :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We put the rice to cook, as usual, but best of all, so that you get it not crumbly, but mushy, so that our meatballs do not fall apart.
  2. While rice, vegetables, mushrooms and greens are being cooked, wash and clean, and then send them to a blender or meat grinder, or chop everything finely with a knife.
  3. Then everything is even easier - mix the rice and chopped ingredients, add salt, pepper and seasonings to taste, and mix everything thoroughly and form balls.
  4. We prepare a large frying pan, and put our meatballs on it, best of all - in one layer.
  5. Pour everything on top with tomato paste, and add flour. It is necessary that such a sauce completely cover the meatballs, so in which case, add more pasta, or dilute with a little water.
  6. We put the meatballs under the lid in a preheated oven for a maximum of half an hour - and you're done!
