  1. Rinse the raisins and soak them in warm water for a few minutes.
  2. Put cottage cheese and oatmeal in a mixer bowl. Grind until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, salt and milk. Grind everything one more time.
  4. Add raisins.

  6. Heat the pan and brush with vegetable oil (the diameter of my pan is 20 cm). Pour the mixture and cook, covered over medium heat, 6-7 minutes.
  7. Once the top has set, turn the pastry over and cook without a lid for another 2-3 minutes.
