Peas and other legumes are an important source of plant-based protein. It is very important for the proper functioning of our body during diet or fasting.

  1. Sprinkle the heads of garlic with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Then cool and clean. Prepare green peas, mine is frozen.
  2. Chop the onion and lightly fry together with the caraway seeds directly in the saucepan.
  3. Then add the peas, garlic and broth to the saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then, puree the soup with a blender. You can add some cream. Warm up and serve. When serving, add some croutons or a spoonful of canned green peas to the soup.
