After I take out and cool the pumpkin, in the meantime I prepare the sauce: my cherries and peel them, transfer them to a saucepan, add the remaining sugar, dilute the starch in 100 milliliters of water, pour it over the cherry, put it on the fire and bring it to a boil, then I cook 10 minutes on low heat.
  5. I put pieces of pumpkin in the center, pour in the cherry sauce and sprinkle the dish with powdered sugar, bon appetit!
