A light, hearty and healthy oatmeal soup cooks in one hour. In this case, the broth is cooked on quail (you can use chicken, turkey). Since the soup is dietary, all vegetables are thrown raw.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Since quail meat is considered dietary, we will cook our soup on it. So, cook the meat over low heat until cooked, adding salt and spices.
  2. We cut the potatoes and send them to the soup. We wait for the broth to boil and proceed to the vegetables.
  3. We send chopped onions and carrots to the broth. We will not fry vegetables, since we are preparing dietary soup.
  4. When the potatoes with vegetables boil, cook for 5 minutes, then send the oatmeal to the soup.
  5. Cook the oatmeal until cooked, and in the meantime, chop the greens (any to your taste).
  6. At the very end, add greens and cook for a couple of minutes, then remove from heat and let it brew a little.
  7. Serve hot soup. You can add some butter to the plate if you like.
