  1. Dice the onion and grate the carrots.
  2. Chop the cabbage.
  3. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  4. Pour some oil into a skillet, put onions and carrots and sauté for a couple of minutes until tender.
  5. Add mushrooms and fry with vegetables for a couple of minutes. Do not add oil.
  6. Pour the cabbage into the pan, stir with the mushrooms and sauté for a few seconds without frying too much.
  7. Dilute the tomato paste with water, add the resulting sauce to the cabbage, add spices to taste.
  8. Simmer the cabbage over low heat until it crisps slightly. Thanks to water and tomato sauce, the cabbage will become tasty and not very greasy. The stewing process in the sauce reduces calories than simply frying the cabbage with more oil.
