Everyone can cook a fragrant soup from dried mushrooms - not only an experienced chef, but a beginner. The soup turns out to be very solid, hearty, rich - just what you need for an everyday lunch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Before preparing this soup, you need to soak the mushrooms for a couple of hours so that they become soft.
  2. However, in no case pour out the water in which you soaked the mushrooms - it will remain for the broth. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you rinse the mushrooms several times before soaking them.
  3. Put soft mushrooms in a separate plate. Fry the mushrooms in olive oil for about half an hour.
  4. However, the roasting time can vary depending on the power of the stove, so fry the mushrooms until they are 1.5 times less.
  5. Throw the fried mushrooms into the already prepared water and set to cook. Add salt to taste.
  6. Finely chopped potatoes and onions are also added to the soup.
  7. After 10 minutes, add pasta to the soup, cover with a lid and wait 15-20 minutes until the dish is completely cooked.
  8. The soup is usually served with sour cream. Bon Appetit! ;)
