You can easily afford a delicious liver pâté on the Ducan diet, if you add boiled eggs or cottage cheese to it. The dish will turn out to be juicy, even children will gladly eat it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. Rinse the chicken liver in water, cut off the films. Boil chicken eggs for 15 minutes in advance and cool.
  2. Put the liver in a saucepan or ladle, cover with hot water and boil for 12 minutes, then cool in the cold. Do not cook the liver for a long time, otherwise it will taste bitter and tough.
  3. Cut the cooled liver into pieces, put them in a blender bowl. Peel the boiled chicken eggs, rinse and cut into pieces, adding to the liver.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, pour in classic yogurt of any fat content or sour cream, but not mayonnaise.
  5. Grind everything into a puree mass. Add more yoghurt if necessary, but don't overdo it to keep the paste from running thin. Remember that it will thicken slightly after cooling.
  6. Place the prepared dish in a bowl or bowl and chill in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes. Then serve.
