The recipe for dumplings with berries was inherited from my beloved grandmother. I still remember how we ate dumplings with berries without T-shirts, so as not to get dirty, and the juice flowed over our happy faces.

  1. First, let's prepare the filling. To do this, rinse the berry, dry it with a paper towel, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and set it aside.
  2. Then we prepare the dough. To do this, using a mixer or food processor, beat together the eggs with sour cream, add one glass of flour, salt and sugar. Then add water and milk, a homogeneous mass should form into which we add another 3 glasses of flour. We knead everything well.
  3. Roll out the dough and form the same circles. You can do this with a regular glass.
  4. Put the filling in the center of each circle. The more filling, the tastier!
  5. Sealing the dumplings. And put it on a baking sheet. covered with baking paper.
  6. Dumplings can be sent to the freezer or cooked straight away. Dumplings can be stored in the freezer for a long time.
  7. However, the fresher the dumplings are, the tastier they are, so I prefer to cook them right away. To do this, put water on the stove, bring it to a boil, then lower the dumplings into it and cook for about 7 minutes until they float. Remember to mix them up sometimes.
  8. Add butter to the dumplings. It is always much tastier with neem! :)
  9. And we serve dumplings with sour cream. Bon Appetit!
