  2. Preheat the pan, grease with oil. Pour out the yolks. As soon as the pancake grasps slightly, roll it up, leaving a small tongue. Add yolks, roll up in the same way. Then add proteins. Roll up, brown at will.
  3. The egg roll is ready, cut and serve.
