Simple and very original egg salad with grapes, melted cheese and garlic. The addition of grapes brings a nice refreshing touch to the usual salad pairing of eggs and cheese. A minimum of available ingredients, simple preparation, and as a result - an excellent salad with an unusual combination of flavors.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the items on the list. Grapes can be selected in any variety and color. If possible, use seedless varieties (for example, raisins). Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or thick yogurt.
  2. Put the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water and add a pinch of salt. Put on maximum heat and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium and cook the eggs for about 8 minutes (hard boiled). Then cool the boiled eggs by pouring them with cold water.
  3. Peel the eggs from the shell and grate on a medium grater.
  4. Wash the grapes and pat dry. Pick the berries from the toast and cut each one in half. If there are seeds, remove them from the grape halves with the tip of a knife.
  5. Grate the melted cheese on a medium grater.
  6. In a deep bowl, combine chopped eggs, cream cheese and grapes. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and also send it to a bowl. Salt and add mayonnaise.
  7. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  8. Egg salad with grapes, melted cheese and garlic is ready. Transfer to a salad bowl and serve.
  9. Delicious and original. Bon appetit!
