Egg salad with mushrooms

Salad puff, consists mainly of eggs, and auxiliary ingredients are mushrooms, potatoes, chicken and leek. All products are simple and affordable.

  1. Put eggs and potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water, put on fire, bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until the potatoes are soft.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the chicken meat in a frying pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  3. Transfer the meat to a plate, break into small pieces with a fork or cut with a knife on a cutting board.
  4. Peel cooked eggs and potatoes.
  5. Grate all the potatoes on a fine grater
  6. Grate 5 out of 6 eggs.
  7. Cut the leeks into rings.
  8. So, all the products are prepared, we collect the salad.
  9. Put potatoes on a dish, pour with mayonnaise.
  10. Lay the meat on top.
  11. Sprinkle with half of the eggs, put half of the leek on top and pour over with mayonnaise.
  12. Repeat layers with eggs and leeks. Lay the mushrooms on top.
  13. Cut the remaining egg into slices, put on the sides of the salad. Decorate the salad with parsley. Drizzle with mayonnaise and serve.
